Hypnotherapy could be key to improving your low self esteem

Even simply being in this state can be a relief if your low self esteem often leads you to feel anxious. In this state I will make suggestions to you, that will alter your behaviour post session. Depending on the route cause of your self esteem issues, a change in your behaviour could alter your outlook on life. In those cases, this can be a very effective method.
Hypnoanalysis is also known as clinical hypnotherapy. Improving self esteem using this method is done by taking you into a state of gentle hypnosis where you feel able to discuss memories that might otherwise be difficult to talk about.
