There are different techniques to dealing with people who suffer from addiction. The way in which I choose to proceed depends solely on your personal circumstances. Whether your addiction is caused by something from your past, having a negative effect on you. Or whether your addiction transpires from a day to day situation, then we can help you.
If addiction, and the symptoms of addiction are obstructing your everyday life, then hypnotherapy can benefit you tremendously. After assessing your situation we will choose to move forward using one of two methods; suggestion therapy, and hypnoanalysis.
If your addiction is caused by the dissatisfaction of everyday life, then we utilise the suggestion therapy method. If I find that your addiction is a result of a past event, maybe the loss of a loved one, or the breaking down of a close relationship – then I’ll use hypnoanalysis.
Hypnoanalysis will help you on your way back to leading a productive, happy life.
